Bruce Scodro co-founded RBN in 1993. He continues to lead the business with a focus on ensuring that all of RBN’s clients have access to the best advice and service. Bruce leads RBN’s private equity advisory team and manages the needs of key accounts across multiple industries.

Max joined RBN in 2014. He is a member of our private equity advisory team, leading diligence efforts and overseeing service for a range of portfolio companies. Max graduated from Notre Dame and was previously a member of PGA Tour Canada and PGA Tour Latinoamérica.

Nick joined RBN in 2017. He oversees RBN’s growth strategy and business development efforts. Nick was previously a vice president in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs. He is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
