MANDATORY INJURY REPORTING
By February 1, 2020, employers that are subject to OSHA’s routine recordkeeping requirements must post copies of their completed OSHA Form 300A from the previous year in visible locations within their employees’ workplaces. These postings are required to be displayed until at least April 30, 2020.
